Unable to setup digital channels for live TV

I can not setup digital OnAir channels to watch live TV with v1.2.9 on Windows XP.
I'm using VistaView Saber DA-1N1-I Combo Analog/Digital PCI TV Tuner Card.
Any help?

Can you run the filtercheck.exe utility from the gbpvr directory, then zip and attach the filtercheck.log that gets created?

Are you sure the device isnt in use elsewhere in your system?

I have second HD with Windows Vista Home Premium, but GBPVR is installed on primary HD with Windows XP (no WMC). No other TV capture sofware is in use on the same HD.

Windows XP - System Information - Hardware resources - Conflicts/Sharing shows IRQ17: Saber DA-1N1-I (TV Tuner Card in use) and IRQ 17: Realtek AC'97 Audio.

I'm unclear as to where the breakdown is. Are any devices showing when you select "Show only devices installed on this machine."? If so, are you able to run through the config and map channels?

Yes. TV Tuner card is visible when "Show only devices installed on this machine" is checked. However, when I try to map the channels through configuration setup, I get the error message that the device is already in use.

have you checked windows updates ?
have you used sage tv or anyother pvr software on the machine ?
