99.12 Recording Subtitles does not work

Hi all,

I have been using GBPVR for some while now and have been using subtitles alot as I live in a country where I am learning the language and I find it easier to learn if I see what they say.

Anyway - in version 98.13(?) I was able to record subtitles on my PVR150. It produced a .mpg file and a.srt file in the directory I chose.

I then upgraded to 99.5 then 2 weeks later I went to version 99.12. Then today I did a fresh install 30 mins ago and have not been able to get subtitles to record at all. I can see them on the screen with CTRL+Y and I have set them up on the capture channel list where required and also on the Misc tab.

Has anyone had any issues with recording subtitles in the last 2 version?

Also it was a clean install. I unistalled the old version using the .msi and I also removed all files.

I have not added any plugins or anything else. It is all out of the box.

I will add all the other stuff when I solve the problem

This is a very old post I thought I would close now.
I just set up a brand new computer - new Motherboard, new CPU and reformatted a HD and reinstalled everything. 2 days ago I was using version 1.2.9 on the same computer from back then. But now it works. I used the same .db3 and config.xml.

Very weird but case closed. I am 99% sure I have had this installed on another one of my computers but not with the latest version.
