Your capture device never managed to lock onto a good signal at that frequency.

A couple of things to check:
- are you sure you've got the correct LNB settings?
- have you seen these channels tune correctly in other software on the same machine?

I have not had much sucess checking LNB settings as I do not realy know where to start. I am using a BSKYB dish and quad LNB. The BSKYB boxes are working fine but there does not be a way the identify the LNB settings. I've googled the issue without much sucess.

The good news is that pasting entries into scan.exe files appears to solve the problem (at least for the few channels I hae tried). I started a new thread yesterday and hope that if we share data we can create a file we can all use with this method.

I wonder why scanning channels does not work, while once the details are listed in scan.exe the reception is fine?
