Scripts and dos2unix

Perhaps dos2unix could be compiled and added into the scripts to connvert the startup scripts so people who don't use linux will have an easier time editing the files. I see that mvpmc for the mvp uses this.

Since script.cgi must run before the user apps get control it will always need to be in linux format.

It may be more usefull when sayabas follows thought with user apps.

I suppose it would be just as easy to have a pc version of dos2unix included in the scripts file and a simple batch to perform the conversion of the 2 files.
