I've uploaded the transport stream files here:
http://www.zshare.net/download/117401267864468e/

There are two files:
One is from the problematic transponder that can't seem to pickup any channels, 12399; and the other from 12268 on which I don't pick up all the available channels (namely SID:144 in this case).
I used the Twinhan capture tool to grab them. They are each 50 MB.

Thanks,

FWIW I also get the same problem with transponder: 12414,H,20000,56 on both satellites 119 and 110 (I wouldn't expect to receive transponder 12399 on satellite 110 because it's 8-PSK modulated).
12414 is the transponder immediately following 12399.
Perhaps it's a frequency range issue ?

Thanks,

When I try a scan with this transport stream, it actually finds the channels, but they're all shown with an 'Unknown' name. I check with TSReader, and this stream doesnt seem to carry the names for the channels it carries, which explains why GB-PVR is not finding the name.

Actually, it's not finding anything at all for me, not even "Unknown". Weird, I guess it could be my card/driver/diseqc combination. I'll give the scan another try sometime and see if I have better luck and report back.
I've scanned with Mediaportal and it did find all the stations properly, but with MP I'm able to adjust the timing of PAT, CAT, PMT etc... If they are not adjusted all it finds as well are unknowns, but like I said, in this case with GBPVR it's not finding anything at all.

Thanks for looking into it, I've got everything else humming along very nicely now.

Sub,
just to clarify, did you try the 12399 stream? Or both ? Or just the other one?
I'm still scratching my head trying to figure out why I can't pull them in at all.

sub,

After a whole bunch of messing around with the config.xml and even trying out another dvb-s card (a nova-s plus) proved fruitless, I finally managed to pull in the stations from transponder 12399, and likewise for transponder 12414.
All I had to do was actually REDUCE my scan time (BDAPsiScanWaitSeconds) from the 60 seconds I had it to around 15-20 seconds. I'm guessing it's a quirk with these particular transponders because they are the only ones that gave me trouble.

I still have trouble picking up just "ONE" station off the transponder 12268 (for which I included a TS file). Changing the scan time doesn't help in this case. It will typically properly find the channel names (and skip the one channel), but the weird thing is, when it sometimes lists "Unknown1", "Unknown2" etc.... it actually skips "Unknown4" which if I follow the channel order in Lyngsat is the missing one. So the list shows Unknown1, 2, 3, ..., 5, 6, 7 etc...
When you have a chance, could you possibly scan transponder 12268 and see what you get??
The video and audio PID for the missing station is 6946 & 6947

As always I appreciate the help.

The default BDAPsiScanWaitSeconds setting is "15", so you must have initially changed to to 60 yourself. Glad you found a solution though.

If you want me to check transponder 12268 then you'd have to provide a 50MB or so full transport stream file so I can emulate it here, and runn it up in the debugger.
