Unable to setup digital channels for live TV

Windows update is OK. I have not used other PVR software on this hard drive. i'm using Windows Media Center (Vista Home premium OS) on the second hard drive with the same TV tuner card and all is OK.

There was no way to setup Live TV, through HD Antenna reception. I couldn't find why the TV Tuner device (VistaView Saber DA-1N1-I) was already in use when I tried to map Digital Over the Air channels. Uninstalled GBPVR software. Windows Media Center in Vista Home Premium or XP Media Center Editions works for sure.
