widescreen question

i just bought a widescreen monitor for my HTPC, however, i set it to the 16:9 format under the config menu and everything is marvey doodle but my playback is not widescreen.



is this due to my PVR150MCE not being "able" do display widescreen formats? or is it something i'm not doing right?

btw, its a 20.1 monitor if that helps any, i think the resolution is 1600x1200

yes, analogue recordings are in 4:3 format.

Try pressing F7 to see if you can get a better fit on your screen.
