the tool specifically states that it uses unix style line feeds, so unfortunately, no my advice is "dont use notepad" however (ironically) the files that you are talking about editing should NOT be edited in notepad anyways

I have done it to a few of the skinning tutorial pages, so you should be able to use that (note that I removed the getcode links, as all of that code is just for show)

i've been anal enough to give the batch section a makeover & skimed over the rest for other potential pages, i guess a site map with all pages would help more... does that here http://gbpvr.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TableOfContents have all wiki pages listed?
