No audio on live TV new setup

Hi, can someone please help I am newbie, on TV live I have good video but no audio, I think I am still missing a audio decoder? and on recorded programs I am getting poor audio and no video.

Setup: v1.2.13 using Cyberlink Power Cinema.
Asus P5kPL-Vm, Sapphire HD2600 XT,Hauppauge Win Nova DVB-T PCI XP-SP3
