they somehow suck regarding support Wink
pick what you need (that's all regarding DVB-T USB from the german site):
DVB-T USB Dongle MD 85553 http://www1.medion.de/site/service_~u~_s...er&lang=de
USB DVB-T Stick MD 95713 http://www1.medion.de/site/service_~u~_s...er&lang=de
Design DVB-T USB Stick MD 85685 http://www1.medion.de/site/service_~u~_s...er&lang=de
if it's another model, either check yourself on http://www.medion.de or post your model number (MED-S/N- or MD-LT-) if you don't speak german & need help.

that's of no use, you'll have to look for the model number, either on the box or on the stick itself, most likely something like MD 85xxx
which country did you get that from? tevion does not seem to have the same parts all over europe

another option: take a look at the device manager. under the properties of the device you should have some number under details, something like PCI\VEN_105A%DEV_3373...
each device should have a different number comprised of vendor & device id, revision etc...
again: which country do you have it from? also try your luck with all s/n printed on the box at medions site

boy, you're really out of luck. medion's support sucks, but gericom's sucks even more Sad
try your luck browsing gericoms download ftp, sadly they still have the same mess as ever, no searching, just browsing different directories with multiple options (Accessories-USB, they series folders...), you never now what you need if it's not in the ftp subfolder of your notebook model...
if you can't find it your only options are:
1. contact gericom support to find the needed driver
2. contact medion to find out what you need (better not to tell them where you got the stick from, else they will tell you to contact gericom)

nobody else can really help you if you don't have a part number. i wish you good luck!
