Thanks. The black portion tells me that the form is positioning correctly but the WMP ActiveX control is not positioning properly within the form. I am going to be making changes that will affect this during my redesign of the player window anyway so I should have it sorted out soon. It will be a few days though.

got news for ya.
if you release another beta in the next week, you will have to wait for it to be tested on my seemingly problematic systems.

but I should be back on the 18th to post logs for ya. Smile

Don't worry, you will probably be back before I get anything new implemented.

Found a bug tonight when trying to download a movie. I got the following error message, and nothing would exit the dialog so I had to kill the PVRX2.exe process.

I got this the other night too when trying to play a downloaded movie. I then tried it on my laptop and Netflix was indeed down for maintenance for an hour..and right during prime movie watching hours 10:30 - 11:30 PM! What happened was that WMP tried to access the DRM server and it was down. I had a loss of focus because it pulled up the rights access window thing and it stayed there trying to reach the DRM server. I had to jump on VNC and kill it and put focus back to gbpvr.

I didn't get this exact message though. It was unfortunate that I had a loss of focus..

I forgot to put the "OK" button on the popup. I'll fix it and post a build tonight.

I'm getting stuttering every 10 seconds on one of the already downloaded movies. Has anyone experienced this? I don't get it on anything else on pvrx2. I haven't tried all the other movies, but I have a bad feeling it's all of them.

It's confirmed that this is happening on my xp machine but not on the vista. If it's codec related, how can that be..microsoft provides them! HELP!

Also, on the vista machine I never get anything in the download folder. And in the program view, things stop at like anywhere from 8%-55%. I can view them, but i never see it long enough to know if it will cut out or not. Let me know what logs I can send.

Ok, I figured out that another process was kicking pvrx2's butt. It was lcdsmartie, so I downed the priority to low and all is well.

however, I still have the download problem with Vista. It seems like it downloads up to a certain (low) percentage, and then it quits. It happens on ALL the downloads.
