I have noticed during live TV if I continue to reduce the volume button then suddenly the sound shoot up to maximum. It's a shock when I did that in the early morning. Anyone experience the samething and any solution out there? Thanks.

A couple of others have had this in the past. I've never managed to reproduce it myself.

i had that happen to me when I was starting out with v1.2.9 but nowadays I leave the PC volume constant - I'm only using the TV remote to adjust the volume. I don't know if the issue still exists in 1.2.13 - I'll try and check later.

sub - it seems to be reproducable using the sideways arrows on the remote to adjust volume, then using volume up/down. Ill see if i can get it to do it reproducably at home...

so if you set the volume low with the left right arrow (low volume)
then if it ever jumps it only goes low not high

Here to but only on sys volume, not on local. The wife likes the sys one seems to give more steps.

I can't recreate the problem in v1.2.13, but in Config, Misc2 I have volume control set to Master, I think that might have been the change that helped in the past.

The problem is not easy to duplicate but only by going thru certain steps it may appear. I had it on my system once during one early morning but now I couldnt reproduce it. I am using v1.2.13

I manage to reproduce the problem again by going into music play when pvrx2 turn on. Then decrease the volume to the minimum and it will suddenly shot up to max volume and now it become permenantly in that mode be it in live tv or music. Try this on and see if you see the same problem. Thanks.
