You are missing the WizDLLs. Grab them from here, install, then try again.

It could be put there, but I don't really want to support it.

I simple wrote it to see how it could be done. There are probably dozens of functions/enhancements that should be added (other clients, tailored messages,...). I don't use MSN Messenger, so I'm not in a position to provide support.
