i fixed my recordings by removing them from the DB (programme & recording_schedule tables), fixing the channel ID in the export XML and then importing it back with the correct names...

i think i also found out what these are:

Quote: <recording>
<filename>Frasier</filename>
<channel>50.1 WKBDDT</channel>
<status>SEASON</status>
<group>157</group>
<prePadding>0</prePadding>
<postPadding>0</postPadding>
<startTime>0001-01-01 00:00:00</startTime>
<endTime>0001-01-01 00:00:00</endTime>
<title>Frasier</title>
<uid>EP00080939.0164</uid>
</recording>

they appear to be the scheduled reocurring recordings...

i'm still getting those annoying "failed" recordings, i'm sure there's a way to find and remove them from the DB though...

the failed recordings are in recording_schedule with status=3... it's odd that they didnt get deleted by AutoRemoveMissingRecordings.

It'll only ever attempt to delete 'ready' recordings where the video file is no longer present on disk. It doesnt automatically delete 'failed' recordings, otherwise you'd never see them.

oh i see! now that explains it all! silly me... that's all because i never really used the interface to view stuff and now with the MVP i see the failed ones which i never cared for.

sorry bout the mixup and thanks for the reply! although would be nice to have an option to "remove all failed recordings" Wink
