Question about support for FM radio tuners

The features section on the main gbpvr page says that it has support for FM radio. I was wondering how to do I get to it or enable it? I would like to listen to the radio through the tuner in my pvr-150 mce card, since I don't have a stereo in my room at the moment.

I've tried the official software from the manufacturer, but it doesn't work. It just gives me missing dll file errors and I really can't find much on the application. I would really like to get this working in GB-PVR since I haven't seen much else that would support my tuner.

The FM radio support has been dumped. The old GBPVR.exe user interface used to support it, but when I rewrote the app (creating the new PVRX2.exe) I didnt bother reimplementing FM radio support.

So, the FM support isn't likely to come back. I don't suppose you know of any other apps that will support FM radio? I really haven't seen any other apps that will. I just need a simple app to let me listen to radio.

I second that. I also want to record a FM station to MP3.

It may come back, but admittedly radio is pretty low on my priority list. Sorry.

Sub, I realize its "low" priority, but is it on the map at all??? I even tried Media Portal again the other day because it says it supports the FM section of my tuner - of course after 3 hours of trying to set it up, I chucked it. I have a local FM (classical) station I recorded a lot using GBPVR and really miss the feature. Net radio is ok, but unpredictible as to what I can get. I really would like to get the FM back. Count one vote 'for' implementation sometime.

Yeah, I hope to add it back in at some stage - I just cant say yet when that will be.

Have you tried WinRadio that's included in the Hauppauge apps? I'm pretty sure it'll work for your 150 which uses the same drivers as the 500's.
