DTT Signal/Technical Info Software (?)

I was wondering if anyone on here had any recommendations for software that gives technical information on a DTT stream. Stuff like signal strength, quality, SNR, bitrate, format and all that good jazz.

Since our move to Mpeg4 I'm getting alot more artifacts and the logs are reporting some varying quality levels (from 40% -100%).

My googling didn't turn up much, so any suggestions would be much appreciated.

TSReader seems to give a lot of info if you tuner is supported (ISTR there is a fairly generic DVB-T driver). I think there is a freebie "lite" version.
