Unfortunately those logs still dont seem to have everything. The logs are pretty much just full of info about your previous recordings, and have rolled over all those files, so I'm still missing the beginning. You might have to try running "PVRX2.exe -removehistory", then run the config app and reproduce the problem, then repost the logs.

I am not sure how to run pvrx2.exe with the "-removehistory" parameter. I tried adding it to the shortcut and it would not let me. Do I just rename the file or do I have to use the cmd line to run with this parameter ie c:\program files...........\pvrx2.exe -removehistory ?

Just run it from the command line.

The logs definitely look different from before especially config.exe-1. Just to clarify what I did: exited pvrx2, ran pvrx2.exe -removehistory from the cmd line. Exited pvrx2 again. Opened config, updated epg, exited config, zipped and attached config files.
Let me know if there is anything else you need to diagnose the problem.

So there definitely seems to be listings for CSPAN2, HGTV, CNNH etc. I didnt check the others.

I suspect some of the channels been renamed at some point, and the old channels are still in their original place with no more listings, while the channels you're insteaded in are probably at the end of the list allocated some other random channel number.

All the channels previously listed still display "no show details" in the guide. I restarted pvrx2 and even restarted the machine itself and there is no change, all timeslots on those channels still display "no show details". APparently I epically fail. Any ideas Sub?

ok, if they are at the end of the list, can I edit them to be in the correct spots I assume? I never messed around with changing channels stuff before. Aside from community skin, the setup is default.

You can do two things.

- go into the capture source settings and delete any channels that are old names no longer used
- go into the master 'Channels' tab, and edit the channel numbers to be whatever number they're supposed to be.
