With my first install, it had told me the EVR was not compatible with my system, but now after the re-install it seems to be working.

running the 're-register filters.bat' file fixed the complaining about MagCore.dll. Apparently there is a filter mis-registration that happens when TMT is first installed. Also, scaling looks good now, no jagged edges with Overlay Manager or EVR. Thanks to you and sub for your support with this. As if DLL hell weren't enough, now it's filter hell! Smile

persim, your logs show that you get a good signal lock but no information from the scan and I'm not sure why. Maybe sub can see something in the logs that I can't.

Try running reregisterfilters.bat

Since you're on Vista, I'd start a command prompt with 'run as administrator' then run it from there.

whurlston....does the non-beta HDHomeRun firmware support filtering? I am seeing 20-40% cpu utilization in gbpvrrecordingservice and when I use process explorer the offender in the thread is the HDHomeRun BDA driver.

Installed WinLIRC and IR assistant and things are working nicely now. One small issue.. when I am watching a show and set another to record, then try to change the channel of the show I am watching, it won't do it. From the guide, I click watch, then it says no tuners are available.
Any hints? I assume this isn't normal operation.

Can I update my hdhomerun firmware & still use the old method? I'd rather keep traffic down on my switch.

Yup, remapping still works. Just set the app to MCE in the HDHR Setup and remap with the lineup tab as before. Same old stuff applies: 68 channel limit (2-69), etc.

Did you set up a GBPVR capture device for each tuner (one for XXXXXXX-0 and one for XXXXXXXX-1)?
