Zip and attach the c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\logs directory.

I think I found what you were talking about in the faq. I am attempting another update of the epg. I will do it when it finishes.

Well I tried to tune to a dvb-s station again. It tuned this time. However, as the epg did not populate, there is absolutely no way to know what station is which. Additionally when I ran config and scanned in the channels, a great number of them came in as unknown, even after I increased the bdascan thingy in config.xml to 30 secs. Should I still send the log, so that we can figure what is going on with the epg?

The EPG is definitely hit or miss in north america. Most people just use Schedules Direct instead of the DVB epg.

On the unknown channels thing, if you can supply a 100MB or full transport stream for one of these, I'll download the file and try running it up in the debugger to see why its not finding the names.

Well, here goes nothing. On rescan, seems to be picking up channels better now that emu* is definitely unlocking.

Just to clarify for me, are those logs showing the problem I asked you to reproduce and post the logs for?:

Quote:However, I can't tune to any of the dvb channels (my ATSC channels are doing fine - two cards FusionHDTV ATSC and Twinhan 1022a) from within PVRX2 - the tv window crashes back to the main menu before any of the dvb-s channels can tune.

ie, did you go into PVRX2 and try to view live tv, and it crashed back to the main menu? or something else?

the very last time, before I sent the log, I went to the program guide, and then I tuned an ATSC OTA channel, and then I went to the last available dvb-channel. As I said, for the very first time it tuned. Thanks, though, you were a big help.

Just to clarify a little. Neither Scanning or EPG are effected one way or another by EmuNation. If you have issues with either of those two things, ignore EmuNation in your thought process.
