I don't have a problem with adding plugins for every thing I want, in fact I like the idea. I can't think of a better way to get features that people want than to have the people make them. Any of us can go out and get a commercial app, and in fact, the cards come with them. But, that is what you get. Try to change it. I know I will get better a tinkering with GB, I guess my thing is that I can see how this app could be intimidating for pc dummies like me. That said, I am curious about the history of GB. I have only been checking it out for a few months, and it seems so much has happened around it in that time, so I have high hopes it will be a more than a person could ask for at some point. Is there any history online? Is it just Sub behind the core? How long it has been out?

Looking at the change.log file will give you a bit of perspective on changes since its creation.

I started a bit less than 18 months ago as a shell for WinTVCap.
