Winfast DTV1000s unusable

The logs show a low signal and a failure to lock onto the channels. Have you tried the card in a different slot?

Also having the same challenge, ditched Winfast software, what a nightmare!

I added the script to my BDA.ini and found the card listed in the options however shows as a DVB - S broadcast and gives a list of satellites.

The card is a terrestrial card not satellite. could this be the problem?

Change "TUNING_TYPE=DVB-S" to "TUNING_TYPE=DVB-T" in the bda.ini entry. Sub was not sure of the card type when he wrote that entry so he was guessing from the "DTV1000S".

I attached my config-logs earlier in this thread. Did you have a look at them sub? I have a similar problem to LegioX, in that it comes up as no signal etc, but the card is fine, and works very well with MP and the Winfast PVR2, so its not a matter of trying a different slot etc.

To be honest, I'm not really sure. The cause of the problem isnt obvious in the logs. Sorry.
