I hadn't intentionally been saving any playlists but I've set the directory for them now anyway.

Does the log give any clues about the artwork?

Cheers!

Actually no I can't. But I also can't see any skin errors either. I'm kind of at a loss as to what the problem is...

I'm not getting album art at the moment either - I'm sure I did in a previous release, but I'm afraid I can't remember which one..
I thought it might be WMP11 storing it's folder.jpg as a 'hidden' file so might not be picked up by ML2, but I swapped a few to unhidden and it didn't seem to make a difference (unless it requires a complete rescan).
I then tried to manually add art through ML2 and it reports that the art exists already, even if it's not showing it, and with a hidden folder.jpg. However if I delete folder.jpg and manually download via ML2 the logs show successful download of art, but nothing appears in the folder - very screwySmile

What skin are you using? And where is art not showing? In the library screen or when playing?

I'll try changing back to blue and see what happens.

yeah someone had this problem above you in th ethread, i couldn't figure it out.

You could try the 8.xx version of ML3 And I think I have an updated ML2 - they both use the same MusicLibraryCommon.dll and Interfaces.dll - these are what load the album art.

Just take a backup of your config.xml settings and musiclibrary.db3 and musiclibrary2 plugin directory. So you can revert.

Couldn't get ML3 to start up at all, but the version 8 of ML2 that was packaged with it still has no album art.
Not sure if I've done a hatchet job of the installation but I couldn't get ML2 to run with the blue skin to test it. Logs attached if you're interested, but not really a huge problem as I only use the community skin anyway.

The skin error I see for ML3 is for an image, which should be one of the default images used by all plugins.

And in your ML2 log I see it complaining about 'C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\skin\background.jpg'

But also I don't see much happening in your use of the plugin (ML2). I think if you start ML3 afterwards it looks like it's overwritten the ML2 log.

Can you disable ML3 (remove it) start ML2 do "stuff" and post the ML2 log and PVRXR.exe.log.

OK here you go. ML3 folder deleted completely. Tried ML2 with Blue skin, but still complaining about background.jpg not being in gbpvr/skin. It's odd though because I don't think background.jpg has ever been there - it's more like gbpvr/skin(2)/blue/common or something isn't it???? anyway blue.zip for this one.
Next tried back to community skin and tried a few green and blue button presses and and album art download. community.zip
Then did the same thing again with insane logging turned on. communityinsane.zip
I've also done some more playing with the album art format and tried embedding the art in the tag, but still no difference. (fyi the album in the logs has hidden/system file folder.jpg and embedded art)

Have uploaded MusicLibrary2 version 8. Was previously in the ML3 beta package

It's found on the wiki page.
