I had a problem with this before and thought it had gone away, but Iâm pretty sure now that my moviewiz isnât correctly saving all the movie images in the db. Iâve selected the option in the manager settings to do so, and on adding any files Iâve clicked save on each entry manually too.
However, it still seems to be the case that some, if not all, images that are found automatically (from IMDB, Yahoo etc) are being re-looked up each time. This manifests itself in v slow scrolling between entries in the plugin itself, presumably as it is looking up the logo again from the internet each time (which takes 10-15 secs per entry usually)
For many of my files Iâve downloaded the logo manually and this local lookup is working fine and I can scroll through these entries v quickly as youâd expect.
Any ideas Javawiz or anyone else seeing this behaviour? Let me know if you would like logs and if so what actions I should perform before creating these. Thanks
