TV to stay showing video while PC shows desktop

At one point of setting up GBPVR I was able to watch televion full screen while I surfed the internet on my monitor.

I'm not sure of what I did but now i'm back to the "clone" mode where my desktop is showing on the tv and I can't use the computer without seeing it on the tv. Do people use extend desktop within video card settings or is there another way to always display video on top for the extended desktop?

Like I said, I was able to watch tv and use computer monitor for pc yesterday but I'm not sure what I did and now I can't replicate it. Thanks for any input

There's a start on second monitor option in config. Have you changed this? Otherwise check your graphics card settings to make sure you're not im clone mode.
