can't get community3 as an option sor skin in config

I am using 1.3.7 and skin plugin any help appreciated

Open config.exe and make sure Community3 is the active skin. If so try to start gbpvr, that will reproduce errors. Zip up and attach logs from the gbpvr logs folder.

Re-install as Admin with Vista, it took me 2 goes to get Skin as a plugin. It does work.
