My program will allow for adjustment of zoom, overscan and aspect ratios... the first version concentrates on zoom, but that is what I think you really need in this case. You want to zoom out a little from the top, so you don't get any cut off. Right?

Yes, default location and 16:9. However I'm currently trying to fix my install as the program worked great on my laptop where I tested but not on my so 64bits media pc. Hopefully I can get past this soon.

You may have solved the problem right there. Or at least pointed it out. 64 bit? It's drivers for sure...
