Does GBPVR recognize multiple tuners when identifying scheduling conflicts. In other words with 2 tuners it would identify a conflict if 3 programs were selected for the same time slot. With 3 tuners it would identify a conflict with 4 programs selected, etc.
Or, do I select a program to record and also the tuner to use?

In my limited experience when you schedule multiple recordings, GB-PVR uses the first tuner for the first recording, the second for the next and so on. I've never seen a way to designate which tuner is used for a particular recording,

I had a pvr150 working well and just added a pvr850 today. When I tried to test recording two programs at the same time I got the conflict message to cancel one.

What EPG source are you using?

YApi2XML and right now I am getting a runtime error 13, type mismatch on that. That worked until I started playing around with the new USB tuner.

But, I just realized I don't have my HVR850 properly configured, so, I guess the first step will be to go to the hardware support forum and see what I have to do to get the HVR850 working properly.

I am working with my tv as my monitor which makes reading somethings a guessing game on top of my guessing.

As long as you have exactly the same channel names on each source, and feed from xmltv or schedules direct, then it should be able to do it.

Try scheduling two recordings, on channels you know are enabled on both capture sources, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.
