How do you change the color of the text in the TV Guide?

If you just want to alter the colour of the text in the guide grid then alter this line in your TVGuide skin.xml:

<TextStyle name="ListingStyle" color="White" size="11"/>

Should work.

I changed that line, in

and it made no difference.

I changed the file I had to black and it worked..

DOH! I had "black" instead of "Black"! I didn't realise capitalization counted!
