This was mentioned in another thread and I thought I had it resolved, but I just discovered with my first set of recordings this evening that it's not.
I have a 1 PVR500 (dual tuner) using the internal tuners and set as #1 and #2. I then have a 1 PVR150 using the internal tuner set as #3. Because the nitwits at Comcast Cable decidd to move one of my most recorded channels up to the digital tier, I had to hook up the cable company's STB to my PVR150 composite connection and also set it to #3. There is only one channel in the EPG for this capture device. The sort order of the capture devices is:
PVR500 Tuner #1
PVR500 Tuner #2
PVR150 (Internal Tuner)
PVR150 (STB)
I rarely use GBPVR to watch LiveTV, so I figured the best place for the PVR150 is the bottom of the list.
So Thursday evenings are rather busy for recording shows at my house, and when I checked on my first set of recordings, I noticed that the PVR150 STB was in use (as it should be to record the one digital channel), but then a recording on another (analog) channel starting at the same time for some reason chose the PVR150 (Internal Tuner) for the recording (which is supposed to be a physical impossibility). Why wasn't the PVR500 Tuner #1 chosen? I thought scheduled recordings started from the top of the tuner list and LiveTV started from the bottom? I understand why the one digital channel went with the PVR150 (STB) at the bottom of the list, since that's the only capture source that offers that one channel.
I checked my config.xml and made sure that "PreferAlternatingCaptureSources" setting was set to False.
I double-checked (actually triple-checked) that the both the composite and the internal tuner capture sources for the PVR150 were set to be the same number (#3).
I double-checked that I was using the PVR150MCE driver for both of these capture sources (that's what was causing my problem in the other thread -- I was using PVR150 for one and PVR150MCE for the other).
Is there something else I'm missing in the config or the setup of the tuners that could cause this problem?

GBPVR system info intentionally left blank because I'm personally
insulted that you can't remember it from previous signatures.
