Low priority suggestion for a future version.
When I start PVRX2 on the client PC, if my server is unavailable for any reason I get a very nasty crash that requires a '3 finger' salute to recover. Perhaps a a quick pre-check for the server and a message to the user before exiting back to desktop?
Another option (more advanced) might be to temporarily have the client fall back to stand-alone mode (with a message to the user). This option might be useful for people with laptop clients that travel often?
Anyway, just thought I would mention this, but again not a high priority - I am a big believer in core feature stability first before wish list items.
