XMLTV /SchedulesDirect channel names

When I get my channel listings with GBPVR's built-in SchedulesDirect downloader, my channel names are just the channel ID (i.e. ESPN).

But if I use XMLTV to get my channel lineup via SchedulesDirect, it adds the channel number to the channel ID (i.e. 206 ESPN).

How can I get XMLTV to drop the channel number and just give me the channel ID?

It's actually not to tell xmltv to drop the chnalle numbers, but tekll GB-PVR to not display it...

Maybe I'm confused, but I think the <TVGuideChannelHeaderType> is for displaying the channel name/number in the TV Guide. I am talking about the listing of channels under Config -> Capture Sources.

When I use the built in SD downloader, I only get the channel name. But when I use the XMLTV downloader, I get channel numbers and names. So I would think that XMLTV allows me to remove the channel numbers.

But looking at my XMLTV XML file, I can see why I get both. I just don't know how to get GBPVR to pull in the correct <display-name>:

The <TVGuideChannelHeaderType> decides which way to display the channels
