Settings for Creatix SAA 7131 Triple Capture Card

First post but very hopefull somebody can help

I have a Medion PC fitted with a Philips Creatix SAA 7131 Triple Capture Card which has both DVB-T and DVB-S inputs but cannot find Device Type settings which enable me to receive Live TV.

I attach the filtercheck log - I think?

You didnt manage to attach the filtercheck.log. Try again. You'll probably need to zip the file.

Thank you for the settings which I have add to the bda.ini file. I can now access the DVB-T tuner and map (most of) the Freeview channels, however the DVB-S tuner crashes every time I attempt to carry out channel mapping.

There are two error messages

"GB- PVR was unable to start the BDA device you have configured etc"

The other is a Microsoft .NET Framework error " Unhandled eception has occured in your application etc"

My key objective is to get the DVB-S tuner working to hopefully receive BBC HD

Try doing the channel mapping for the DVB-S, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

You need to set the capture source to be device #1.

Hello, I´m new and this is my first post in this forum.
My English is not very good. :o So I hope you can understand and I can get some help

I have the same Creatix SAA 7131 Triple Capture Card.
The entry in the bda.ini file is still there, but it doesnt work :confused: That means: There is no Error Message, but there are no channels listed.
When I start "TuningAssistant.exe" the Card Type is unknown
I want to watch (and record per EPG) mostly German TV Programs (Astra 19).
How can i get a logfile to you so that you can see, how the program is installed?
PC System is Winows XP Media Center Edition SP3.

What is to do?
