NZ Freeview EPG via DVB-T - how far in advance?

My primary driving goal was to not to have to get the EPG via the internet. Well, that and the fact that the info is all there in the transmission, so assumed that was the most relevant source (although I didn't expect it was going to be this hard to get at... being mheg-5 and all that).
