Yes, I can skip within the file, but the audio goes out of sync. I have this setting to true as shown above.

sorry, I should have said that Skip or FF doesn't seem to matter. The audio goes out of sync.

Can you do a couple of skips in a file, then post the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log files?

Attached log files. I used the same h264 TS file (3 min long) and did two skips, audio was out after each.

FYI: I am currently using the TS Reader dated 12/06/08. Later version that have been uploaded, including those dated 12/24/08 and 01/02/09 both have timeline issues on my system For example, I recorded one of the Bowl games last week and with the newer versions, the timeline says the recording is about 23 hours long instead of 2-3 hours.

I am willing to do this if you can give me some direction. Have never used it before. Do I have to open ports on my router to use it?

Yes, you'd normally have to open one port, and forward that port to the appropriate PC inside your network. From memory its port 5900. Its usually a pretty easy install.
