is that what the pc reports with ml2 or what is in your music directory?

hmm, itunes, doesn't that changes the filenames of your songs, and what extension are they? Maybe they're being ignored by ML2

all of my files are mp3's.

Got the ML2 to work but I have 2 issues.

1.) Any ideas on how I can resolve network latency issues. When playing songs on my TV and thru my stereo there are often moments of silence as if there is a buffering issue like the mediaMVP can't keep up. Also, if I press to many remote control combinations at once the MVP freezes up until has a chance to catch up to my strokes. This is quite annoying.

2.) In order to ge the ML2 to work I have to go in to "services.msc" on the PC and set GBPVR services logon properties to log on as: "This account" with the appproriate credentials. However, by doing this E W A is disabled and no longer works.

Any ideas how to get both ML2 and E W A to work at the same time under the GBPVR Recording Services Properties Logon tab?

Oh! one last thing! My music library is on a MAC and everything works flawlessly except for latency issues.

So you're on an mvp??

If so then the network problem is not something you can get away from. This is because you're wanting a service (gbpvr service) to access network resources. LocalSystem is not allowed to do this.

Try on the original gbpvr server pc and see what happens over the network
