ATI Radeon 9100 integrated graphics - TV Out quality??

Anyone know what the TV Out quality is going to be like on this?? Im basically thinking about using one of these as a HTPC:

I can't comment on the 9100, but I can say that I recently bought a low profile ATI 7000 and I'm somewhat dissapointed. Output is just as good as my 9600 except there's this diagonal seam that appears during fast action sequences. I don't know if this is a driver issue or a card issue or a config issue in GBPVR. Since the 9100 is right in between, id say you have a 50/50 chance of getting a decent output but that's a guess...

Also on a different note, I was looking on ebay for suitable CPUs to use in the system. I wanted something which balanced power & heat output/efficiency so was looking at this:

Pentium 4 1.5GHZ Processor 400MHZ 478 pin

Will that be powerfull enough do you think?? and are the earlier P4's generally quite efficient CPU's??

If this is going to be a PVR only system, you might look into using a Celeron instead of a P4. Check out the benchmarks for a 1.7 P4 vs a Celeron. Newegg has 2.8 GHZ celerons OEM for ~90 bucks. It might be a little overkill, but I'd probably use a celeron over a P4 if I was buying a processor for a new PVR. Just an idea to think about.
