For some reason, you have older versions of WizUiHelper.DLL and WizWebHelper.DLL.

Can you try installing the most current versions of WizDLLs found here and see if the problem still occurs?

Replacing all underscores with spaces resulted in no crash. rename file back with underscores resulted in crash again.
