  • Added TaskImages as an editable skin item
  • Added ability to auto-create a preview image when saving a custom user Theme (one of my fav new features)
  • Now displays a '*' on the editable skin items lists if the item has been edited
  • Added Revert All button
  • Added Revert button
  • Fixed problems with loading/saving themes
  • Fixed problem with the helper exe log file location
All committed to SVN and available if you do an NSIS compile.

As far as the SkinPlugin is concerned the features are at beta level. What's left is to do is add any required editable skin items (OSD for example, any Text category ones?), fill the resources folder with some quality options and then test till death Big Grin

Added the graphical options to the SVN Resources folder, (I had to have a few goes so hopefully I've done it right :o)

I also added some graphical/xml elements to the skin folder to give you guys an idea of what I think the default install theme should look like.

I should have said that for me these are finalized graphics. I haven't had a chance to check them all out via the skinplugin yet but at least you guys finally have enough graphics to test things out with. Smile

Was wondering that myself.

Are we ready to roll out a test release yet?

All the main bits and bobs are there. I think we just might need to tie it down, make sure those bits and bobs work.

I've just gone through the Graphics folder to make sure all the graphical elements are selectable by the plugin (basically added an empty info.xml to each appropriate folder). I've tweaked the SkinPluginConfig.xml to fix some typos which were stopping the Task images loading properly. I think that config file needs to be reviewed to make sure all the graphical elements are referenced properly, so that the plugin loads the elements selected.

I've updated the "..Skin2\Community-SD\_TaskImages" with a new set of the TI's. (I was wondering if we need all the TI's that do get loaded 63 in all?, I was also wondering if we need the MediaFolderIcons and NoCoverArt folders in the resource folder?).

We'll need to create CS_Blue and CS_Blue - Dark theme layouts, I tried to load the graphical elements and save the themes but it didn't work out for me. We'll also need to add the layout elements to the resource folder, and make sure they load. Right now they don't load for me. I think I've got all the necessary layout xml's knocking about.

I've got a psd done for navigational indicators I just need to save the different versions and colours and I'll add them to the SVN, I think that'll complete all the graphical elements.

I think the key lies in reviewing the SkinPluginConfig.xml file. Then we can release a beta and then add any polish Smile
