I have searched and can find nothing about this problem. When I click on Live TV the program does nothing. I have tried looking for anything I can find in the config dialog and nothing seems to work. Also, I can not receive any channels from my tuner. (I have listed my setup below)

Also, is there anyway of getting the OSD (windows taskbar and gbpvr filebar) off while the program is running? I am planning on using the PC strictly as a PVR and don't really want these bars showing on screen.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

My setup:
Dell Dimemsion 2400
P4 2.8GHz Processor
768MB DDR2400
PCTV HD Ultimate Stick
42" LCDTV for Monitor
GB-PVR v1.3.11

Did you setup your EPG? ie can you see all you channels listed, and enabled, in your capture source channel list?

and to get rid of the bars, click fullscreen mode on the first page of the config app.

No I have not. When I look for channels it won't find anything. DO I have to manually do this? If so, how do I go about it? I apologize for all the questions.

Do the 'map digital channels to epg channels' step, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

Have you got these QAM digital cable channels on any other software with this device?

the software that came with the USB stick would only play the channel that the box was playing. I had it set up differently before. I had the splitter after the cable box, but I have it before it now.

Unfortunately that only confirms you've received an analog channel from that device. Probably worth testing that software again now that you've moved the splitter to the correct place, to see if you can pickup any digital channels.

You wont be able to use that device for analog with GB-PVR, due to the lack of hardware MPEG2 encoder. It should be ok for digital.

Ok, now I have gotten the Config to find some channels, but when I go into the dashboard, it still won't do anything when I click on Live TV. It just blinks.
