I'm trying to install a Twinhan 102g using latest version of GBPVR. When I get to the step of registering mdapifilter.ax, GBPVR nor the Config will open after the registration. Even if I unregister MDAPIfilter.ax it's still hosed?

DVB Dream and MyTheatre working fine.

What happens when you try to open config.exe? Error message, nothing? Is literally when opening it, or is it when you do a channel scan?

Not currently home now to get the exact message, but, it looks like a Windows generated error message. GBPVR and the config don't even try to open, just the error pops up. I'll post exactly what is says later.

Yeah, post the exact message, and config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

Did you edit the config.xml file? Chances are you cocked this up somehow.

To be fair, I installed a fresh copy of WinXP Pro on an AMD XP 3000 w/ 1GB ram.

Loaded the basic drivers (sound, video)
Loaded .Net 2.0
Loaded vcredist_x86
Loaded GBPVR
Copied mdapifilter.ax and ffdecsa.dll to c:\program files\denz\gbpvr
Registered the mdapifilter.ax located in the gbpvr root
Copied all emunation files to c:\program files\denz\gbpvr\mdplugins
Edited config.xml to bdatwinhandiseqcmethod to 2
Tried to start the GBPVR config and got:

"GB-PVR Configuration has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."

Attached is config.exe.log.txt (Don't know where the attachement went, but this is what is says)

This tells me you did edit config.xml, and got it wrong. In future dont edit the file with WordPad, it'll break the file encoding.

To get it working again, delete config.xml, and replace it with a copy of config-master.dont-edit-me.xml.
