Hi guys,

I need some help here.

I have managed GBPVR to work with wincsc using the mdapifilter.

My problem is that I can only watch TV on PVRX2 once. If I close and start PVRX2 again the mdapi plugin will not load again so I cannot watch encrypted channels. I have to reboot the computer in order to se TV again

Any help will be appreciated.

Attached are my logs.

Thanks in advance

Do you know which version of the multidec filter you're using?

Do you have it set to reuse the filter? (misc tab)

In those logs it doesnt look like there is repeated attempts to use tv.

Are you sure you zipped up those logs after reproducing the problem? ie, used live tv, then stop live tv, then tried live tv again?

If you start live tv from the TV guide, on a channel you know is encrypted, does it make any difference? In these logs you're starting on a channel that is unencrypted.

This time the thing was different. I could't simply watch the encripted channels because mdapi did not load.

I rebooted my computer at 22:26
At 22:28 I have started PVRX2
At 22:29 I have opened TV guide in a encrypted channel and nothing happened so I try another channel but no luck.
At 22:30 I have tried Live TV in more than one channel with no luck too.
At 22:31 I quit PVRX2

Attached there are the logs.

The logs dont tally up with this. It shows you starting on an unencrypted channel (SIC)

Code:
2008-10-11 22:28:50.187    INFO    BDARecorder:::StartRecording(FireDTV DVB-C CI, 1, , T:C,538000,6875,QAM64,8~NID:1~ONID:54~TSID:36~P:813~V:5168~A:5169~L:por~PMT:817~TXT:5170~PCR:5168~N:>SIC)

Do you think this channel is encrypted? If so, then it might have been a case of bad timing, with the channel unencrypted at the time you did the scan when setting it up.
