Version 0.238 does not install

When installing I get two errors.  The first is:

 Internal Error 2908 (followed by a reg key)

At the end of install (when it says "Publishing Product
Info&quot I get Error 1935, at which point the install fails.  It
attempts to roll back, but does not do so correctly.

I can re-install 0.227 with no problems.

Turns out this was an incompatibility with .NET 2.0 (beta).

My fault for assuming it was backwards compatible I guess.
