Did you search using http://www.pricegrabber.com?

Search for "Computers-Graphic Cards-Video Cards", then you can limit your search by manufacturer, memory, slot, chipset, etc.

I didn't see the option to limit to fanless cards only, but there is over a 100 to choose from.

Also, unless you have specific reason for hdmi out, you can buy dvi out and use dvi-hdmi cable.

What about this? Edit: nevermind, it has no S-video tv-out and its not a video card, maybe I should have actually read OP's post. Please ignore, as you were, nothing to see here - we shall never speak of this again.

Do you loose anything by doing this?

Afaik videocards don't have hdmi-out because they don't have audio-out.
They use a dvi to hdmi adapter where you put in the audio from the computer-audio-out and the dvi from the graphics card.

You can display 1080p through DVI. HDMI and DVI is the same thing really, like HTV stated HDMI can carry audio. HDCP compliance is all that is required for blu-ray or DRM playback.

http://www.hardforum.com/showthread.php?t=1071342

I have a DVI to HDMI cable on my pc in the gaming lounge.

Arrgh. I'm finding it really hard to find a new card with DVI/HDMI, no fan, and most importantly (and most difficulty) with S-Video TV-out. Is it really asking that much...!

At the moment I'm trying to think of all the graphics card makers and re-branders to go on their site and look for these features. I've found the shop sites to be woefully inaccurate...! Sad

Here's a link to a search on Newegg.

I didn't know what kind of interface you needed.

I would recommend probably at least an Nvidia 8400. Some of the cards come with a DVI-to-HDMI adapter that also takes care of sound, but if not, it's no big deal to run a cable from the audio out to your TV.

I'm using a Radeon 7500 with the fan unplugged with a DVI-to-HDMI adapter I got from Monoprice.com for $4. I've got a stero headphone to RCA adapter for the sound. All this feeds my HDTV and it looks great.

Good luck!

ATI 3450 works with AM780G and Crossfire setup.

This one has VGA, DVI and SVideo.

I will probably get a similar with HDMI instead of DVI connection for a dual monitor setup .... to get rid of tearing on 47" LCD screen in VMR9 Custom.

my 2 cents: get an good MB with IGP/HDMI onboard (i.e. some 780G MB or the nvidia equivalent if you're not dooing AMD) & a fanless GPU for S-Video. when your current SDTV is on the way to africa (or back to asia) for recycling, get rid of the GPU & be happy to have reduced power consumption & one source of heat less inside your box

I'm using a Sapphire HD3450.

Its got tv out which I use on my old crt set. I had to send off for a ATI DVI-HDMI adaptor (not included with the card) which I will need when I get a plasma later this year, cost was £7.80, shipped from Hong Kong.
