[DEV] XML layouts for CS-SD + CS-HD

Just added SD+HD SkinPlugin4 formatting to the SVN.

I'm finding the additional plugins a bit harder to skin. I know it's based on the same principles, but they all have their own way of laying out the xml. I've tried to harmonize the skin plugins' look with the new layout and maintain a close enough aspect ratio (for each the 4:3 and 16:9 layout) for the preview images.

Added SD+HD TV Listings/TV Recordings formatting and graphics.

While I was doing these, I did come full circle and realize that I'm not well suited to the XML editing. It's just not my cup of tea. I gave it a really good bash this time and I think I've tackled a good amount of layout for this release. I was hoping to review the additional plugins, harmonize and create HD specific layouts, but I just don't think I'll get it done.

I think I'll stick to the graphical end of things, so with that in mind I've knocked up some layout grids (SD+HD) and when we review the wiki page layout, I think I'll add them there to serve as a graphical guide for any member of the community, who might want to tweak his/her favourite plugin's layout.

The xml thing can drive you crazy. Especially on all the plugin's you don't use.
