Tevion/Philips VS-TV7131 Analog card

I have an old Tevion/Philips VS-TV7131 Analog card that I would love to get working with GBPVR. I know that analog is "nearly gone", but there is a local community station that will not convert right away, our building has a security monitor on the feed and, most importantly, the card includes an external capture input that I want to use.

The card is branded Tevion, but the driver comes up as Philips. Does anyone know anything about this card, OR any generic means to coax an analog card to life?

Oh, very sad. I will look at getting it to run through the native software, using GraphRecorder.

Sub, can you tell me if there is any way to set *some* stations to use LivePreview when possible, and *other* stations to always use timeshift?
