Cannot change values in PVRX2 menu items (Manual Recordings)

I'm especially interested in the Manual Recordings settings.
It is still "stuck" on a TV channel that I recorded from last Sunday.
When I click, or double click any of the options, I cannot change any of them.
Using Enter on the keyboard has no response to these items either.
I'm currently using Community Skin, but have changed back to the default skin, which has the same problem.

yes I did in the dialogs that have <- and -> but no response.
How is one supposed to control the manual recording time? Say 1 hour, 3 minutes for current selection.
I'm still using TSReader to record, since WinTV only records program streams, and I've only had success with GBPVR once recording manually.

What kind of sources and channel line-up do you have?

Can you post a screenshot of what you see and further explain what you are trying todo on the manual recordings popup and overall goal.

I only use over the air ATSC
I have only 10 channels.
The area in the photo outlined in Red is not editable.
I cannot change any of the values.

I got the manual record screen working again, but now I cannot get subchannels.
I updated EPG in the GBPVR configuration, then rescanned my ATSC channels.
Now I had duplicates of my 5 Major channels without subchannels.

I think this occurred because earlier last week, I couldn't get any channels to appear in the scanning screen,
and I manually input the tuning info to get my channels to work.
These manually configured channels always showed "No Info" or something similar in the TV Guide.
I think this is what was causing the manual record screen to have no response.

Back to the present, I've deleted all the manually configured channels and only have my 5 Major ones.
The screen in the picture now works as it's supposed to, (with the arrow keys).
Now I need to figure out how to get my subchannels back.
They do scan in on the scanning screen, but don't appear on the channels section of the scan screen.

I've removed GB-PVR completely, for the time being and will re-install it later.
I need a fresh start, because when first installed, GB-PVR scanned my channels and subchannels properly.
