Or you can donate $20 to the MC2XML dev and get the new version which can access the new Windows 7 listing service, which also has ATSC listings.

Are they the same listings as Schedules Direct?

I like and use Schedules Direct, but our cable boxes get their data from TV Guide and they are usually better show descriptions - they just give more details so I'd like to use a source that gets data from TV Guide if I could.

Regarding the 30 character ID. When you sign up for Titan, your email confirmation link has a 30+ character ID in it. This MAY contain the magic number to tie to your account and used in the -y option. I will try to get this info from Titan and if successful will post back.

I see that, but it is 32 chars long, maybe as simple as truncation, but zap2 is working for me at the moment. Maybe if I get some extra time (um, yah) or zap stops working I'll see if I can figure out it which 30 chars it wants...

Guy here found a way using a sniffer *if* you have an ATI tuner with Catalyst s/w (or prolly any other similar h/w-s/w combination that includes access to Titan EPG):
