GBPVR Files Description/Usage

Being searching for a definition or purpose of these files on the wiki and the forum.
Could you please help updating the description or usage of these files for me and for the new people coming to use GBPVR.

2. qam.ini, Contains lis of channels/frequencies that is used to scan QAM channels.
   
3. SCAN-1.cache List of QAM channels Found

8. dbpvr.db3 GBPVR Resource DB. *VIP*
   
9. Re-RegisterFilters.bat. This batch found your filters and reregister them in case you're having problem.
   
10. Restart.bat

12. config.xml GBPVR Configuration file *VIP*

This are what I have learned so far...

all.ini, list of ATSC frequencies scanned.
AnalogHD.ini, configuration file used by Hauppauge HD-PVR.
bda.ini, definitions of filter/pin names for the digital capture devices supported by GB-PVR.
direct.ini, definitions of filter/pin names for the analog capture devices supported by GB-PVR.
go.ini, no longer used.
Restart.bat, batch file that will stop and restart the recording service.
Start.bat, batch file that will start the recording service.
recording-dump.xml, backup list of recordings, dumped from the database each time an EPG update occurs.

Most of these files are for GB-PVR's own internal use, and not intended to be edited by end users.
