CS4-SD skin and UbuRadio.XMLSerializers.dll

This could be a UBUradio problem as I have been trying to get UBURadio to work with GBPVR since 1.3.11.

In an attempt to resolve UBU radio issue, I installed the new Community 4 SD skin. After install, and during initial start-up of PVRX2, I got a warning message that said, "Unable to locate DLL: UbuRadio.XMLSerializers.dll. This now happens whenever I start PRVx2 with the Community 4 Skin. I will also post this to the Community skin forum

I see this same missing DLL message has happened recently with another plug-in.

And it's for the same reason. Not a problem with the SkinPlugin itself, but a debug message wrongly left in and displaying the error kind of on behalf of UBURadio.

It won't help you get UBURadio working, but the message has been taken out ready for the next release.

So I have removed CS4 for now because the error message is really annoying.
