HDMI audio on/off

I noticed that the PCH's hdmi audio on/off switch doesn't work with mvpmcx2. Ii is OFF and the sound still comes from my tv. I want to use digital sound from my amp with S/PDIF.

Unfortunately I have no way of testing this configuration or audio passthrough so you will need to use component video to achieve this if your TV doesn't allow you to turn off the internal speakers.
